Are these real brand fragrances?
No, our fragrances are not real brand fragrances. We create blends inspired by brand fragrances while upholding the same high-quality standards. Our dedicated team specializes in crafting creative and distinctive versions of original perfumes. However, it's important to note that we are not affiliated with the mentioned brands. Rest assured, our goal is to provide you with an affordable alternative to your favourite designer perfumes, without compromising on quality.
Why are they so affordable? Do they have the same quality as brand perfumes?
By eliminating unnecessary expenses such as excessive packaging, extravagant advertising, and prestige pricing commonly associated with designer brands, we can direct our efforts and resources toward delivering the same level of luxury scent without the inflated cost.
Are these fragrances long lasting?
Absolutely! Our fragrances are carefully crafted to have a long-lasting scent, ensuring you can enjoy their captivating aroma throughout the day. However, it's important to note that the longevity of a fragrance can vary depending on several factors, including individual skin type, application technique, and personal body chemistry.
How long will the fragrance 50ml bottle last?
Our 50ML spray gives you 250-300 Sprays which can easily last for 2 Or 3 months depending on usage, while our tester 15ML spray gives you 75-100 Sprays and can easily last for 1 Month.
Are these fragrances safe to use?
Yes! We prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers. To ensure the highest quality and safety standards, we exclusively source our fragrance ingredients from IFRA (International Fragrance Association) certified suppliers. This certification guarantees that our fragrances are created using cruelty-free practices, clean ingredients, and do not contain any phthalates or parabens. However, we recommend conducting a patch test on a small area of skin before full application, especially if you have known sensitivities or allergies.
SHIPPING, RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION
What are the shipping charges?
At ALFAHA, we offer Free Shipping across India; Shipping charges vary according to each country. You can add your shipping country at checkout, on our website, to calculate the charges.
When should I expect to receive my order?
All orders are dispatched the same working day when you place your order before 14:00 Hours Or 02:00 PM. We aim to deliver your orders within 3-7 Working Days.
Can I get a refund?
No, we don't offer refunds or returns as a standard policy. However, in exceptional cases, we may consider a full refund or return only if there is manufacturing defect or wrong package delivery. Contact our customer service team at help@alfaha.in for further assistance.
What if I receive damaged goods or a wrong product?
We will arrange for a return label to be sent to you by email. Upon receiving the item we will exchange the item for you free of charge. If your item(s) arrived damaged please take photos where possible and keep these to hand as we may request to see them.
