REFUND POLICY:

Product Condition: Please inspect your items upon delivery and notify us of any issues right away. We're here to help!

Claims: If you experience missing items, leakage, breakage, or receive the wrong product, please provide an unboxing video. We'll make it right together.

Initiating a Refund: Just email us at help@alfaha.in with relevant images and videos, using the subject line "Refund For [Order Number]." We'll handle the rest.

Tampered or Damaged Packages: If you notice any signs of tampering or damage, don't hesitate to refuse acceptance. We'll take immediate action to fix the problem.

Non-Receipt of Delivered Order: If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, reach out to us within 3 days using the subject line "Delivered But Not Received [Order Number]." We'll investigate and find a solution.

Full Refund for Unopened Bottles: If you need to return an unopened bottle, we'll gladly provide a full refund. Just make sure it's in its original, sealed condition.

Delivery and Payment Gateway Charges: Please understand that non-refundable charges like Rs. 100 delivery fee and 2.5% payment gateway charges are beyond our control. CANCELLATION POLICY:

At Alfaha, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy for a smooth process:

Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouses. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Gateway Charge: A 2.5% gateway charge will be applicable for order cancellations. This charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Process: If you cancel a paid order within the cancellation window, a refund will be initiated. The refund will be credited to the original payment account within 15 days from the acceptance of the cancellation.

Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped from our warehouses, it cannot be cancelled. If a prepaid order is returned to the seller, a deduction of Rs. 150 will be applied.
