How long does the fragrance last?

Our perfumes are crafted for long-lasting wear. Depending on the fragrance family and your skin type, longevity typically ranges from 8 to 12 hours.

Are these fragrances safe to use?

All our raw materials are procured through certified vendors and processed under the supervision of IFRA-certified chemists before being crafted in India. It is our promise that you will always receive the finest products when you choose ALFAHA.

How should I store my perfume?

Keep your perfume in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve its quality.

What concentration are your perfumes?

Our perfumes are Eau de Parfum strength with 25%+ Oil Concentration, designed for richness and projection without being overpowering.

How do I place an order?

Simply select your fragrance, add it to cart, and proceed to checkout. The process is seamless and secure.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, they cannot be altered.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after a successful purchase, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking details.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted once opened or used. However, we do allow returns within 15 days for bottles that remain unopened and unused.

What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product?

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly share an unboxing video along with clear images of the product and original packaging. Our support team will assist you promptly.

Is an unboxing video required to make a claim?

Yes. An unboxing video showing the product in its original, unopened packaging is essential for claims related to missing items, leakage, breakage, or incorrect deliveries.

What should I do if the package appears tampered with or damaged on arrival?

If the package shows visible signs of tampering or damage, we advise you not to accept it from the delivery partner. Please report the issue to us immediately so we can resolve it.

Do you perform quality checks before shipping?

Absolutely. Every product undergoes rigorous quality checks before dispatch. Should a rare error occur, we are committed to addressing it with urgency and care.

Is there an additional shipping charge?

No. We do not charge for shipping. Nationwide delivery is always complimentary.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and typically arrive within 3–5 working days, depending on your location in India. Tracking details are shared via email as soon as your order is shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

At present, we offer delivery only within India. International shipping is not available yet, but we are working to expand our reach soon.
